Question - Do you collect / Deliver customers cars?
Answer - Yes, within a reasonable distance from the garage - just ask
Question - Which is the correct oil for my car?
Answer - We can advise you of the correct oil if we have the registration number. There are many different engine oils for modern cars and it is important to use the correct oil as specified by the vehicle manufacturer. - just ask
Question - Why is there a note about cambelt change on my invoice from Central Motors?

Question - Do you charge for an MOT retest?
Answer - Retests are free if we carry out the repairs, or for minor problems book your re-test within 10 working days for a free retest.
Question - How much will the repair cost ?
Answer - Once we have diagnosed the fault or agreed on the type of service required, we will give you a free written estimate. This can be posted, emailed or sent to you by text.
Question - When will the car be ready?
Answer - We will complete the repairs as soon as possible within the timescale agreed with you. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed of the reasons & offer you a courtesy car.
Question - Can I see the old parts?
Answer - Yes we keep your old parts until the car is collected & you are welcome to inspect them or take them away unless they are an exchange item.
Question - I can't spare the car to let you take a look but I have looked it up on the internet, & they say its the ---------
do you think that will cure my problem?
Answer The internet is a great source of information but after listening to your description of the fault we would like to access the ECU to see if there are any stored fault codes & make a diagnosis before fitting any expensive parts. Can we offer you a loan car for the day?
Question - Can you service the air conditioning on my car?
Answer Yes we can test & re-charge the system to make driving more comfortable in the summer & demisting windows faster in the winter. (The systems loose approximately 10 -15% of their gas per year).
